Kukinkuja 2 is part of a new modern block complex in a traditional leafy residential neighbourhood. There are three apartment buildings by the sheltered grounds with a total of 110 apartments from compact little homes to family apartments with three bedrooms and a kitchen. These homes have smart layouts and kitchen areas opening to the living room and therefore creating a living area with a spacious feel. The larger homes have a private sauna, and almost all of the homes have a glassed-in balcony.
