Home in your pocket
OmaSATO is a digital service intended for SATO residents where you can take care of housing-related things whenever you want and wherever you are. For example, you can use the service to message with our Customer Service or to send us a defect report. OmaSATO is the only place where you can activate your customer benefits and, if your home has a temperature sensor, it is easy for you to monitor the temperature in your apartment via OmaSATO.
We are continuously developing OmaSATO on the basis of requests received from residents. By using the service and giving us feedback, you can help us to make OmaSATO even better.
How to start using OmaSATO
- Go to https://oma.sato.fi.
- Sign in using your online bank user identifiers or mobile certificate.
- Click ‘Register’ and follow the instructions.
Once registered, it will be quick and easy for you log into the service with your email address and password.

Defect Reports
You can conveniently make a defect report from the OmaSATO front page under the Defect Reports section.
Messages
On the front page, you can also see messages. You can contact our customer service by pressing the New message to SATO button and sending a message to us. Depending on the nature of the message or request, it is directed straight to the responsible party, whether it be the building manager, customer service, or service manager. A quick link to messages is also found in the top navigation.
Shortcuts
Dreaming of a parking spot or ordering a painting kit? Shortcuts to for example, making a noise complaint, questions about internet connection, and moving-related issues can be found under the front page's Shortcuts title.
On the front page, you will also find quick links to questions related to ordering, pickup, and return of keys, as well as shortcuts to default reports and to the My home page.
Customer Benefits
All our customer benefits can be found and redeemed through OmaSATO.
Apartment Details and Equipment
In OmaSATO, you can easily see the most important information about your own apartment building from the My Home page, which you can access from the top navigation.
Here you can find the apartment's floor plan, internet, home temperature, and water consumption, as well as information about the apartment's equipment (for example, a private sauna and appliances).
Building Rules and Safety
From the My Home page, you can also find the building's rules, responsibilities, and safety instructions.
Your home is taken care by
Check who the House Expert is, confirm who is the Service Manager, or see which maintenance company is responsible for the upkeep of your building. Names and instructions for contacting them can be found under the Your home is taken care by title.
Contracts and Payments
From the top navigation's Contracts and Payments title, you can view the details of your rental agreement. You will see your previous SATO rental agreements on the page, should you have any. The page also contains a lot of useful information about rent payment and invoices.
Information for Residents
From the main navigation's Instructions and tips for residents title, you can easily click through to frequently asked questions, instructions, and advice, as well as read Kotona articles.
Although OmaSATO might occasionally takes you to the www.sato.fi site, you stay signed into the service until you decide to sign out or your session times out.
Tip: Using OmaSATO regularly is easy when you add a shortcut to the home screen of your mobile home. On most phones, you can do this under Add to Home Screen. To do this, open the OmaSATO home page on your browser. To find the list of actions, if using Safari on an iPhone, tap the action icon at the bottom of the screen or, if using Chrome on an Android phone, tap the three dots in the top right corner.
