The buildings mainly feature centralised mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery, and the business spaces/loft-style apartments have space-specific supply and exhaust ventilation with cooling. The property is heated with geothermal energy. Heat distribution takes place via the heat distribution room though hot-water radiator heating.
