The homes are equipped with new wooden windows that open inwards and are fitted with special glazing. The inner surfaces of the window frames are finished in white paint. All windows are fitted with Venetian blinds and feature double curtain tracks. The kitchen cabinet doors are in white microlaminate with vertical wood grain patterning. The kitchen worktops are in light-coloured marble-look laminate and the backsplashes in marble-look composite panel. The modern kitchens are equipped with a ceramic cooktop with two or four burners. Other appliances are white: dishwasher, cooker hood, oven and fridge-freezer. There is space for a microwave in the kitchen units. The apartment walls are painted in an off-white shade, and the floors are in footfall sound-reducing pale warm-toned oak-effect laminate. The building has a centralised mechanical air intake and displacement system with air heat recovery. The property has district heating.
