Dividend policy

Annual dividends paid will, depending on the market situation, investment level, the development of equity ratio and the solvency ratio, be a maximum of 40 percent of the cash earnings.

The Annual General Meeting in 21st March 2024 decided that SATO Corporation will not distribute any dividends for the financial period ended on 31 December 2023. The year 2024 dividend will be decided in 2025 AGM.
