CEO's review
The 2024 reporting year was challenging, just like its predecessor. The oversupply of rental apartments, consumers’ weak confidence, the high interest rate level and general economic uncertainty proved challenging to apartment rental operators. Despite a challenging market situation, SATO’s economic occupancy rate and customer satisfaction improved compared to a year earlier.
