Ropo’s Customer Service will help you with all matters related to rental payments. The fastest way to manage your matters is the MyRopo service where you can check the status of your invoice and pay the invoice, postpone the due date or make a payment plan for a debt collection invoice. You can log in to the service with your online banking codes.
However, if you have any questions about the content of the invoice, please contact SATO's customer service.
Another person can manage your affairs related to invoices, payment reminders and collection on your behalf, if they have been authorized to do so.
The easiest way to submit an invoice-specific authorisation is in MyRopo web service, where you can give authorisation by logging into the service with your online banking codes. Authorisation can also be done using the contact form on Ropo's website, by phone at 09 4246 1304 or by letter to Ropo Oy, PO Box 25, 70101 Kuopio.
