The solid stone building oozes with period charm and details from almost a decade ago: the curved walls of the staircases and corridors, the light-filled rooms with high ceilings and beautiful windowsills. The apartments have mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation and district heating. The entrance hallways and bathrooms have fixed light fittings with replaceable light sources. There are power sockets and light fittings above the kitchen worktops. Every room has an aerial socket. The housing company has a fibre-optic connection and will be connected to the cable TV network.
