The parking agreement will automatically become chargeable starting on September 1, 2025, with a one-month notice period for termination. The lease agreement is made with Tapiolan Lämpö. Additionally, for charging an electric car in the parking hall, a regular fee of €10/month and the cost of the electricity used for charging will be charged, both also for the first year.
The furnishings and fittings harmonious colour scheme is pleasing to many tastes and the open, clean layouts make it easy to furnish your home to your liking. The floors are done in oak parquet stained in a light and the walls are painted white. The metallic, Odi coat rack in the hallway is SATO's own model.
